Spark Nutrition is here to help YOU. Yes, you. Staring at either your computer screen or your phone screen. We are experiencing information overload right now. We are being bombarded with information from Instagram and Twitter, talk show hosts, magazines (do people still read those?!), and self-proclaimed “experts.” Yes, “experts.”

So I’m here to help you decipher this information. I’m here to help you manage your weight, whether you’re looking to maintain, gain, or even lose a large (or small!) amount of weight. Maybe you need some help navigating the grocery store. The grocery store is my safe-place. I go there when I’m stressed.

I’m here to help you manage your symptoms. IBS? No problem. Diabetes? I got you. Other food-related issues (food allergies and intolerances, for example)? Call me, maybe.

Are you an athlete? Do you want to improve your speed or strength? Well, I can’t help you with those things, specifically (I can refer you to someone who can!). But. Your diet plays a major role in athletic performance. I can help you. I want to help you. Are you football player who needs to drop body fat but keep your weight up? I’ve worked with D1 football players. Are you a softball player that needs to shed some weight so you can run the bases faster? I’ve worked with D1 softball players.

Erin was such a pleasure to work with. She has a great understanding of nutrition and how to get the body to do what you want it to do. I worked with Erin to prepare for my first Powerlifting Competition. For the competition I wanted to make a specific weight class and Erin helped me get there. She knew exactly when to cut my macros and when to bump them up. Everything felt extremely customized and she was always there to answer my questions. Erin has been extremely helpful with the whole preparation process, she was even able to give me day-of-meet food recommendations. I loved working with Erin so much that I continued to work with her through prepping for my second meet. I have a little more weight to drop and I know Erin will get me where I need to be!

Meet Morgan

Mike is one of my older clients – in the last year, he was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and like many recently diagnosed diabetes, Mike thought he’d have to completely revamp his diet and cut out all of the good stuff. Mike, like many octogenarians, was very stuck in his ways: he was going to eat what he wanted and when he wanted it. Until he met me. Today, Mike manages his T2 diagnosis with minimal medication, he’s shaved off nearly 20 pounds, golfs 3x a week, and still enjoys meat, potatoes, and ice cream on a regularly basis! GO MIKE!
